I am a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Litigation team, advising landlords, tenants and investors on a wide range of commercial property disputes.

My work includes lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, tenant insolvency issues, rights of way and other contentious landlord and tenant matters. I regularly act for national clients in the retail and logistics sectors, supporting them with the strategic management of large property portfolios and associated disputes.

I trained and qualified at Shoosmiths, having first joined the firm as a Paralegal in 2016. During that time, I have developed a broad and detailed knowledge of property litigation and am known for my calm, detail-focused and practical approach to resolving disputes. I focus on delivering clear, commercial advice and guiding clients through complex issues efficiently and confidently.

I’m a member of the Property Litigation Association and am actively involved in mentoring through several major university schemes. I’m particularly passionate about supporting students and junior lawyers as they develop their careers in property litigation.
