I am a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ People & Reward team and specialise in employment law and business immigration. I work with clients across sectors such as logistics, automotive, leisure and retail, supporting them through organisational change, executive transitions ,and day to day employee relations.

My business immigration expertise spans advising on right to work compliance and sponsorship obligations, guiding clients through work visa applications, and securing sponsor licences. I have particular experience in managing these processes within post-acquisition contexts, ensuring seamless compliance and integration following corporate transactions.
