Associate specialising in employment law with a practical, client-focused approach
I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Employment team, and I advise on a wide range of employment law issues in both contentious and non-contentious matters. My experience includes:
- handling complex litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, and harassment in the Retail and Financial Services sectors.
- delivering training to various organisations, including on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and how to handle difficult conversations; and
- advising clients on day-to-day employment-related issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, settlement agreements and capability issues.
I take a people-focused approach to my work, tailoring my advice to my client’s objectives. I am committed to ensuring that the advice I give is commercially focused working through the specific needs and challenges of each client. I strive to build strong relationships with my clients offering solution-driven support.
I am also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and I enjoy keeping up to date with employment law developments.
