I’m a Senior Associate in our national Construction team, based in Manchester. I advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for developers, contractors, subcontractors and funders. My work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties, as well as advising on disputes involving time, money and defects.

I also support real estate finance and banking transactions, helping funders and borrowers navigate the construction aspects of complex deals. I qualified in 2018 and joined Shoosmiths in 2020, bringing experience across development, infrastructure and commercial projects.
