I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team advising on a wide range of property transactions. My focus is in the living sector where I work with developers and promoters on strategic land and development deals, support housebuilders with acquisitions and disposals, and act for student accommodation providers on large portfolio transactions.

I also have experience advising on asset management for large shopping centres and retail developments, acting for landlords and tenants and handling real estate finance transactions.

My recent highlights include a 1,700-home scheme in Swindon, a 200-acre employment site development and acting for a student accommodation provider on a significant portfolio sale.
