I’m an Emerging Talent Senior Advisor, guiding our solicitor apprentices and trainees from application through qualification. I run our Discover placements and mentoring, and make sure every candidate’s journey feels clear, fair and human.

Before moving into legal talent, I spent a decade in recruitment and studied psychology—experience I use to design processes that remove barriers and widen access. I work closely with HR and our central support teams to align hiring with business needs and a people-first experience.

I’m active across early-careers networks and champion accessibility and inclusion in every campaign, assessment and onboarding milestone.
