I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, based in Leeds, with experience across domestic and international M&A, private equity and corporate reorganisations. I’ve recently advised Harwood Private Equity on the sale of Assisi Pet Care to Wind Point Partners, and supported Azets on multiple acquisitions including Baker Tilly Ireland and Gorilla Accounting.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I trained at a regional firm and qualified into corporate law. My recent work includes advising Lightpoint Medical on its sale to Telix and supporting Azets’ buy-and-build strategy across the UK and Ireland.

I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ Social Committee and a Trainee Supervisor, committed to mentoring junior lawyers and supporting the firm’s collaborative culture.
