I’m a Corporate Partner and Head of Shoosmiths’ Belfast office, advising on acquisitions, disposals, investments and reorganisations. I specialise in venture capital, private equity and M&A, often with an international dimension. My sector focus includes energy, technology, manufacturing, agri-food and logistics.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2021, having previously led the Corporate Team at TLT LLP in Northern Ireland. I’m dual qualified in Northern Ireland and England & Wales, and bring deep experience in cross-border transactions and strategic advisory work.
