I’m a corporate partner at Shoosmiths, advising public and private companies, investors and management teams on cross-border transactions and strategic growth. My expertise spans M&A, equity capital markets, investment transactions and corporate real estate. Recent deals include advising S&W on a number of acquisitions, acting for the sellers of tech companies Trailight and DataLase and advising Hipgnosis Songs Fund on its acquisition by Blackstone.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2017, having trained and worked in the City with Lovells, followed by partner roles at Squire Sanders and Brabners. My experience includes advising listed companies and private companies on corporate transactions, as well as acting for developers and local authorities on regeneration joint ventures.
