I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Competition team in London.

I advise clients on UK competition law, including merger control, CMA investigations, cartel investigations, competition compliance and the National Security and Investment Act 2021. My experience includes supporting clients with regulatory and cartel investigations, responding to information requests, assessing merger control and NSIA requirements, and providing practical advice on competition risk.

I trained at Shoosmiths, completing seats in Competition, Intellectual Property & Technology, Banking & Finance and Tax & Incentives. This broader experience gives me a commercial perspective and an understanding of how competition and regulatory issues interact with transactions and clients’ wider objectives.
