As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ banking and finance team, I focus on leveraged finance, venture debt, and general corporate lending.

I work closely with clients on both national and international transactions, supporting in-house teams and collaborating with overseas law firms. My recent work includes advising banks, funds, and alternative lenders on high-value refinancings, acquisitions, and portfolio management, as well as supporting corporate borrowers and sponsors on strategic growth and investment deals.

I sit on Shoosmiths’ Shadow Board, supporting the Executive Leadership team on strategy, and am actively involved in internal initiatives. My professional memberships and ongoing client relationships reflect my commitment to delivering clear, actionable advice.
