As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ banking and finance team, I focus on leveraged finance, venture debt, and general corporate lending.

I work closely with clients on both national and international transactions, supporting both deal teams and in-house legal teams . My recent work includes advising banks, funds, and alternative lenders on high-value acquisitions, financings and portfolio management, as well as supporting corporate borrowers and sponsors on strategic growth and investment deals, and pride myself on delivering clear commercial advice.

I sit on Shoosmiths’ Shadow Board, supporting the Executive Leadership team on strategy, and am actively involved in internal initiatives.
