As a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in Shoosmiths’ People & Reward team, I support our lawyers and clients with up-to-date employment law knowledge, training, and resources. With over 25 years’ experience, I have advised on all aspects of employment law, including tribunal claims, business reorganisations, TUPE, and executive severance.

I regularly write articles, deliver webinars, and develop client guides to keep clients informed about legislative changes and best practice. My work includes supporting business development initiatives and developing technology solutions to enhance the client experience.
