Arjun is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Group. He advises on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on IT, technology, and brand-related transactions.

Before joining Shoosmiths, Arjun held in-house roles at leading fashion and fitness brands, where he led on matters including tech contracts, brand partnerships, and international licensing. He trained and qualified at Reed Smith LLP in London, completing secondments to ITV Plc and the firm's Athens office.
