I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, where I manage legal due diligence and support deal teams on complex transactions. I also lead project management across key corporate matters.

Since joining the firm, I’ve worked on high-value deals including a £75m sale of a build-to-rent developer, an IPO verification exercise, and a regulatory resolution for a major transaction. I also oversaw the rollout of over 250 equity documents for a national client.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, and I bring a detail-focussed, commercially minded approach to every transaction.
