As an Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team, I am involved in a range of contentious and non-contentious residential matters, acting for clients such as national housebuilders; BTR and PBSA providers; social and private landlords; investors; national charities; and high net-worth individuals.

My experience includes:

1. Obtaining an urgent interim injunction and possession order on behalf of a large hotelier against an unlawful occupier of a hotel room.

1. Representing a national Holiday Park owner as the respondent in a s27A application before the First-tier Property Tribunal concerning the reasonableness of service charges, brought by over 100 applicants.

1. Providing strategic advice to BTR and PBSA operators regarding implementation of the Renters' Rights Act 2025.

I am also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
