My expertise spans the full spectrum of commercial property matters—from development agreements (such as options, overage, promotion and development management agreements) to conditional contracts, agreements for lease, pre-lets, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management. I am also highly experienced in investment and landlord and tenant work.

Recent highlights include acting for:

• a national developer on the acquisition, pre-letting, and funding of industrial/logistics schemes ranging from 160,000 sq ft to 1 million sq ft.
• a European investor in the acquisition of a commercial development site with planning consent for approximately 835,000 sq ft of industrial/logistics space, including negotiating the development management agreement with its partner.
• an international automotive company in the sale of land for redevelopment, which included an agreement for leaseback of part of the site for a new distribution facility.
• national housebuilders and land promoters on major residential development projects, including a recent 250-unit scheme subject to planning and other conditions.
