I lead Shoosmiths’ Investment Funds practice, advising fund managers, investors and professional services firms on the structuring and establishment of real estate, venture capital, private equity and hedge funds. My work spans limited partnerships, LLPs, mergers, IPOs and cross-border transactions. I’m recognised in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for my sector knowledge, drafting skills and pragmatic approach.

With over three decades of experience at City and international law firms, I’ve advised on the launch of numerous funds and club deals, including private equity and crypto funds in the UK, BVI and Cayman Islands. My background as an investment banker at UBS gives me a unique perspective on the financial and legal drivers behind complex projects.
