I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Litigation team, supporting national housebuilders, social landlords and investors on residential property disputes. My work includes leasehold enfranchisement, breach of covenant claims, forfeiture proceedings and service charge challenges. I regularly represent clients before the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, as well as in County Court and High Court proceedings.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2024 and am a member of the Property Litigation Association. My recent work includes acting for a major supermarket operator on anti-social behaviour issues, and representing a residents’ association in a successful service charge appeal.
