I am a Professional Support Lawyer in the Tax & Incentives team at Shoosmiths. I focus on developing our standard form documentation and embedding technology to enhance how we deliver legal services.

My role also involves transforming evolving tax rules and practices into actionable know-how to empower our lawyers. My experience prior to this role includes advising on tax on corporate transactions, employee incentive arrangements and EIS and VCT investments.

I care about smarter delivery and championing the use of technology to streamline processes and improve client service. I enjoy creating, curating and sharing knowledge and supporting the development of our tax & incentives practice. My approach is collaborative and detail-oriented, ensuring our team delivers consistent, commercial and high-quality advice.
