I am a trainee in the Banking and Finance Team with a particular focus on asset-based lending.

I graduated with a law degree from the University of Nottingham in 2022, before joining the team in early 2024 as a paralegal. Having since undertaken my Solicitors Qualifying Exams with BPP University, I have re-joined the team as a trainee solicitor.

I work with corporate lenders and borrowers to help effectively facilitate transactions. Some work highlights include:

• Acting for Aurelius Finance on a complex, highly bespoke senior revolving credit facility to a probate research company.
• Acting for a lender in relation to the refinancing of a £110 million facility to a recruitment group of over 85 companies.
• Acting borrower-side in relation to a £355 million back-to-back facility.
