I advise banks, finance providers, lessors, lessees, brokers and trade bodies on a wide range of matters, from equipment leasing (operating and finance lease, rental, hire purchase and contract hire arrangements) to receivables financing, vehicle fleet funding, broker and agency models, stocking finance, and block discounting.

Recent workstreams include updating and simplifying customer facing documentation for asset-based lenders, supporting automotive finance providers with contract hire and contract purchase offerings, restructuring wholesale funding stocking facilities, and advising on the sale and restructuring of contract receivables.
