As a Legal Director at Shoosmiths, I am qualified in both England & Wales and Scotland, advising large businesses on a variety of disputes, particularly complex contractual, property and IT-related matters. I represent clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, always taking a highly commercial approach to achieve the best possible results.

My recent work includes representing IT services companies in multi-million pound claims, acting for minority shareholders in dispute with company directors and advising clients in both property and sports-related arbitrations. I am known for my tenacity and for developing strategies that protect my clients’ interests.

I am a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Law Society of Scotland, and I enjoy sharing insights on expert evidence and jurisdictional issues.
