As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking team, I advise on a wide range of debt finance matters, including corporate loans, acquisition, property, and leveraged finance. I act for banks, borrowers, and financial institutions on both national and international transactions, bringing a pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset to every deal.

I joined Shoosmiths as a paralegal before commencing my training contract in 2017, qualifying into the Banking team in 2019. My academic background includes a law degree and an LPC with distinction, and my early career provided a strong foundation in both transactional and advisory work.
