I am an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Plot Sales team. I have a great deal of experience and have dealt with all aspects of the plot sales process, specialising in setting-up sites.

My focus is now on infrastructure and residual conveyancing matters, such as the transfer of open space and managed land. I also deliver training and technical support across the team.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined Shoosmiths' Plot Sales team in 2005.  I have built a reputation for being technically strong, practical and am focussed on helping clients meet their deadlines.

I have a deep understanding of development and am known for my ability to give clear, reliable advice,  that keeps transactions moving.
