I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Birmingham Real Estate Litigation team, advising on a wide range of property disputes. My work includes lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charge disputes and tenant insolvency. I act for national retailers and landlords, helping them manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently.

I qualified in 2016 and joined Shoosmiths in 2022. I’m known for my calm, commercial approach and ability to navigate complex issues with clarity. My focus is always on delivering practical solutions that support long-term client goals.
