Bria is a banking and finance solicitor specialising in asset based lending and receivables finance transactions. Bria was previously a paralegal in the asset based lending team at Shoosmiths before completing her training contract and qualifying into the team in September 2025.

Recent work highlights for Bria include:

• acting for an invoice financier in relation to a cross-border multi-million pound receivables finance agreement; and

• acting for a lender in respect of a multi-jurisdictional sponsor backed facility agreement to support the acquisition of multiple travel companies.

Bria holds degrees from the University of Birmingham in both History (2020) and Law (2022). Bria also passed the centralised SQE1&2 examinations in 2025 and holds an SQE1&2 Diploma from BPP University.
