I’m a senior associate in Shoosmiths’ London corporate team, advising on private equity and private M&A transactions. I act for corporates, private equity houses and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, investments and portfolio advisory work.

Recent highlights include advising Five Arrows on its acquisition of Rimes and Agilio, the management team of CLC Group on investment by H.I.G Capital, and Foresight Group on its sale of Protean Software. I’ve also supported Livingbridge on a portfolio fundraise.
