I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking & Finance team, based in Solent, advising on general corporate lending and asset-based lending. I support the national team on a wide range of transactions, many with international components. My recent work includes multi-jurisdictional financings and cross-border restructures, helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes with clarity and confidence.

I trained at Shoosmiths, completing seats in Banking & Finance, Core Corporate, and a secondment at Meridian Corporate Finance. This experience gave me a strong foundation in transactional work and a practical understanding of client needs. I qualified into the Banking & Finance team in 2024.

I’m a Mental Health Champion and an active member of Shoosmiths’ Charity Committee and Employee Forum. I also contribute to the firm’s Crypto Working Group, reflecting my interest in emerging financial technologies and their legal implications.
