I’m a Principal Associate in our Tax team, advising on all aspects of corporate and business taxation. My work includes M&A transactions, property acquisitions and disposals, and fundraising through EIS and VCT schemes. I help clients navigate complex tax issues with clarity and confidence, ensuring their deals are structured for long-term success.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2018, I spent seven years in the corporate team of a Reading-based firm, where I trained and built a strong foundation in transactional tax. I’ve since worked on a wide range of deals, supporting clients from early-stage businesses to established corporates.

I’m a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and contribute to internal mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the firm.
