I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, with over 25 years’ experience advising investors, developers and funders. I specialise in forward sales and fundings, investment transactions and large-scale residential and student accommodation developments.

My recent work includes advising on a £130 million single-family housing portfolio, a £120 million multifamily scheme in Manchester, and the redevelopment of motorway service areas. I bring a commercial, solutions-focussed approach to every deal—helping clients unlock value and manage risk across complex transactions.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal training and mentoring programmes.
