Legal director with deep insolvency expertise in retail sector
I’m a legal director in our Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, advising on all aspects of non-contentious insolvency. I support banks, insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors, with a particular focus on company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and administrations in the retail and hospitality sectors.
My recent work includes advising on CVAs for Poundstretcher, Moss Bros, Jigsaw and Monsoon Accessorize, and supporting the restructuring of Monarch Aircraft Engineering. I’ve also acted for administrators in high-profile cases including Harveys, Bensons for Beds and Regis UK.
I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my technical skill, commercial awareness and pragmatic advice.
