I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, based in Birmingham. I advise on all aspects of corporate insolvency, acting for insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and banks. My work includes business and asset sales, security reviews and antecedent transaction claims.

I qualified in 2014 and joined Shoosmiths in 2019. I’ve advised on the enforceability of security, sale and purchase of distressed assets, and formal insolvency appointments. I also support clients on restructuring strategies and risk mitigation.

I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and committed to delivering clear, commercially focussed advice.
