I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on venture capital, M&A, turnaround and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on technology. I work with private companies, investors, management teams and owner-managed businesses. Recent highlights include advising Lakestar on its investment into Vertice, Alicorn Venture Partners on its acquisition of Glassbox, and Hilco Capital on the acquisition of Lakeland Limited.

I have built deep expertise in cross-border transactions and strategic investments. My experience spans Series B fundraises, delistings, and high-value disposals across sectors including fintech, edtech, and asset management.
