I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, based in our Thames Valley office. I advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, group reorganisations, investments and general advisory work. My clients include private companies, investors and management teams across a range of sectors.

I qualified in 2021 and joined Shoosmiths in 2022, having trained at a regional firm. My early experience included advising on complex transactions and supporting clients through key milestones in their business lifecycle. I bring a proactive, detail-driven approach to every matter, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout.
