Charlotte graduated with LLB Honours from the University of Winchester in 2016 and has been working in Conveyancing at Shoosmiths ever since, originally joining the firm as an Assistant Case Handler and quickly progressing to Conveyancing Manager.

Charlotte has a wide range of experience in Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, as well as remortgages and transfers of equity. She has acted for a variety of providers including estate agents and mortgage brokers for properties all over the UK, ranging from shared ownership properties to high value homes.
