As a Legal Director at Shoosmiths, I advise our clients on all aspects of employment law, from day-to-day employee relations issues, to complex change programmes, such as large-scale restructures in the context of insolvency proceedings, and technical cases involving post termination restrictions, TUPE and permanent health insurance buy-outs.

Having undertaken in-house secondments in the Energy, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors, I have a practical understanding of the challenges faced by senior management teams and the information required for strategic decisions to be made. I am passionate about working in tandem with our clients to assist them in achieving their business goals and navigating change with confidence.

I lead our National Employment team's client training programme and write and deliver our online #backtobasics and #masterclass courses for both clients and non-clients.

I have been at Shoosmiths for 21 years, having trained here and qualified in 2006.
