I am a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Banking and Finance team, based in Leeds, specialising in acquisition and leveraged finance. My role involves advising banks, financial institutions, and corporates on general corporate banking and event driven finance, with a track record of supporting complex, cross-border transactions at a high-value.

I began my career at a major UK law firm, and joined Shoosmiths after gaining experience on secondment with the financial sponsors team at a leading bank. This background aids my understanding of sponsor-backed leveraged finance .
