I am a Partner in the Real Estate team at Shoosmiths, advising developers and investors on complex commercial property projects across different asset classes, focussed on retail, industrial and office. I work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, manage legal and delivery risks, and provide clear, practical advice throughout the life of a project.

My work focuses on major development and investment projects, with particular expertise in development leasing, pre-lets, placemaking initiatives and asset management. With more than 20 years’ experience, I bring an in-depth understanding of complex site assembly, development structures and landlord and tenant arrangements.

I am passionate about helping clients create successful places and navigate the legal and commercial challenges involved in delivering ambitious projects. My approach is collaborative, responsive and commercially focused, with an emphasis on anticipating issues, finding pragmatic solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and project teams.
