I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Solent corporate team, advising clients across a full spectrum of corporate transactions, incuding mergers and acqusitions, private equity and cross-border reorganisations.

I work with owner-managed businesses, management teams, international groups and investors on acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and governance matters. My sector focus includes education, retail and healthcare.

Recent highlights include advising Dukes Education and Cavendish Education on multiple acquisitions.

I bring clarity and confidence to complex deals, helping clients make informed decisions at every stage.  I'm committed to delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice and building long term relationships with clients.

I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and act as a trainee supervisor within the firm, supporting the next generation of legal talent. I am also a member of the Social Mobility Committee.
