I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Solent corporate team, advising clients across the full spectrum of corporate transactions. I work with owner-managed businesses, UK subsidiaries of international groups, and investors on acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and governance matters. I bring clarity and confidence to complex deals, helping clients make informed decisions at every stage.

I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2022 and joined Shoosmiths in 2024. My training and early career were spent at a regional firm, where I built a strong foundation in corporate law and developed a practical, client-first approach. I’ve since advised on a wide range of matters, from private equity investments to cross-border reorganisations.

I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and act as a trainee supervisor within the firm, supporting the next generation of legal talent.
