I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising on acquisitions, disposals and asset management for investment portfolios. I work with corporate occupiers, developers and insolvency practitioners on transactions involving retail parks, care homes and mixed-use assets.

My experience includes advising a national supermarket on lease agreements, supporting various real estate investment trusts and pension schemes on portfolio management, and assisting with distressed asset strategies across the North. I bring a collaborative approach to assist clients to make informed decisions and provide results-oriented outcomes.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and I actively contribute to Shoosmiths’ charity initiatives as a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.
