I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ London Real Estate team, advising institutional landlords, investors and corporate occupiers on all aspects of portfolio management including acquisitions, disposals and leasing across the office, industrial and retail sectors. I also support landowners on the grant and management of leases to telecommunications operators.

Recent projects include advising a luxury fitness brand on the acquisition of new premises across London, acting on major HQ relocations within central London, dealing with the sale of a major UK shopping centre as well as a portfolio of national outlet centres; advising on the structure and grant of options and sub-options for land earmarked for energy power park developments and supporting one of the UK's largest landowners with the ongoing management of its telecommunications portfolio.
