I’m a banking and finance partner specialising in real estate finance.  I advise borrowers, sponsors and financial institutions on national and cross-border debt financings, including syndicated and bilateral loans.  My clients include UK clearing banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers.

I’m known for my pragmatic, commercial approach to complex transactions and am further recognised for my responsiveness and ability to lead teams effectively.  Clients value my focus on outcomes and my ability to keep transactions moving efficiently.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I worked at CMS, Osborne Clarke and Hogan Lovells in London and Hong Kong. I’ve also completed secondments with HSBC and Credit Agricole, giving me a deeper insight into a lender’s perspective.

Recent deals include advising on a £275m term and revolving loan facility in regards to a portfolio of properties predominantly situated in Soho, £115m term loan in regards to a care home business, and mezzanine finance for a well known hotel in Edinburgh.
