I’m a corporate partner at Shoosmiths and deputy head of our Milton Keynes office. I advise private equity investors, large corporates and management teams on domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions. My recent work includes leading deals in healthcare and technology, helping clients achieve strategic growth through acquisitions and investments. I joined Shoosmiths in 2012 after qualifying in 2009. Before that, I advised on a wide range of corporate transactions, building expertise in structuring deals and managing complex negotiations.
