I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising on complex residential development projects. My work includes acting for developers on immediate and strategic land acquisitions, negotiating conditional contracts and options, and structuring overage arrangements to protect long-term value.   Before joining Shoosmiths in 2013, I trained at a leading international firm and later worked in-house for major public sector organisations, gaining insight into large-scale infrastructure projects. That experience means I understand the commercial and regulatory challenges behind every transaction and deliver advice that keeps deals moving.   I’m a member of professional networks focused on development and planning and regularly contribute to discussions on best practice in strategic land and residential schemes.
