I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ IT & Tech team, advising clients on technology projects across telecoms, financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors. My work spans FinTech, SaaS platforms, system integration, outsourcing and e-commerce. I help clients structure and negotiate transformative technology deals, including multi-million pound projects with global reach.

With over 25 years’ experience, I’ve advised on landmark transactions such as an £800m digital transformation for a luxury automotive brand and long-term outsourcing arrangements for  YK financial institutions and European banks.

I’m a published author on IT outsourcing, system integration and merchant acquiring, and sit on Lexis Nexis’ TMT Editorial Board.  I’m ITIL certified.

As divisional Innovation Lead and member of Shoosmiths’ Innovation Group, I drive strategic initiatives that embed innovation across the firm.  I collaborate with senior stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies and develop AI solutions to support our people and drive client excellence. My role also involves championing cultural change, delivering training to empower teams to innovate, and shaping governance frameworks that ensure commercially viable, technically robust solutions
