I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Group, advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital and governance matters. I work across the UK and internationally, managing complex transactions for corporates, institutions and investment houses. My clients include German and Nordic acquirers and investors, and I co-lead Shoosmiths’ International practice.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2009, I’ve led deals across sectors and jurisdictions, drawing on prior experience at Freshfields and Eversheds. I’m recognised in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame and was named UK M&A Lawyer of the Year by Lawyer Monthly. My approach is pragmatic, fast-paced and focussed on getting deals done.

I head Shoosmiths’ German and Nordics Business Desks and contribute to global networks including the World Services Group and International Bar Association. I’m committed to building long-term relationships through clarity, responsiveness and strategic insight.
