I’m a Partner in our Tax & Incentives team and lead our Management Incentives practice. Our dedicated team of specialists ensure that our clients—from high-growth start-ups to established international enterprises—benefit from tailored advice that drives value and supports long-term success. Getting management incentive packages right can make or break businesses, and I'm part of our Emerging Companies and Venture Capital steering group and our Private Equity leadership team to ensure management incentives is at the heart of our client service offering.
I advise on all types of management incentive arrangements—from share options and growth shares to cash-based schemes, employee benefit trusts (EBTs) and employee ownership trusts (EOTs). I help clients design and implement bespoke plans that reward performance, recruit and retain talent, and align with commercial and strategic goals. Alongside management incentives, I advise on employment tax matters including internationally mobile employees, bonus structuring, and termination payments. I'm dual qualified as a solicitor and a Chartered Tax Advisor and am regularly recognised in Legal500 and Chambers & Partners for delivering clear and commercially-minded advice on complex and innovative management incentive solutions.
