I am a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Manchester corporate team, advising on all areas of corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity, in addition to group reorganisations, venture capital, joint ventures and other general corporate advisory matters. Recent work includes advising a number of private equity backed corporates on executing buy & build strategies, both in the UK and overseas, as well as guiding a number of founders through the disposal process.

I have advised on numerous disposals, acquisitions and IPOs across a range of sectors, including professional services, education, energy, healthcare and technology. My experience spans multiple jurisdictions and includes simplifying complex group structures, being an active member of Shoosmiths' Simplification Advisory Group.
