I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, specialising in private equity transactions and M&A. I act for sponsors, management teams and investee companies across a range of sectors. Recent deals include advising Livingbridge, Cow Corner, 4D Capital, GEMS Education, TA Associates, YFM, LDC and Better Collective on strategic investments, acquisitions and disposals.

I joined Shoosmiths as a Partner in 2020, having trained and qualified at DLA Piper, followed by five years at Eversheds Sutherland. My career includes a client secondment to Iron Mountain and extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side mandates, growth funding and capital structuring.

I’m committed to delivering commercially focussed advice and building long-term relationships. I regularly contribute to industry discussions and support the development of our corporate team through mentoring and collaboration.
