I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising on high-value strategic land and residential development transactions.  I support clients from initial site assembly through to disposal, on a range of developments throughout the country  ranging in size from 100 through to 3,000 unit schemes.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2017, I’ve advised developers, housebuilders, retailers and manufacturers on acquisitions, disposals and secured lending transactions. My experience includes brownfield regeneration, student accommodation portfolios and property reorganisations for financial institutions.

I regularly contribute to Shoosmiths' training  and recruitment programmes.  .
